I hope all is going well for you and your new little family member is learning to be a loving and well mannered dog. Inside the envelope you will find the form for your puppy registration. Your puppy was born on 10/02/14 and CKC will have the correct date printed on your certificate. You have the option of sending a photo of your puppy in with your registration to be printed on the certificate too. It really makes a nice keep-sake.
